Patrick J. Heery joined Rich & Gillis Law Group in May 2019 and focuses his practice on real property taxation and litigation matters. He represents school boards across the state of Ohio in real property tax matters.
Prior to joining Rich & Gillis Law Group, Mr. Heery worked as an associate at a boutique law firm in Columbus for five years. While his experience extended to a variety of legal areas including general real estate law, business law and estate planning, the majority of his practice was focused on counseling commercial property owners on real property tax planning. In addition, Mr. Heery frequently lectured and presented to various organizations and bar associations on the topic of real property tax valuation.
While at Capital University Law School, Mr. Heery served as a Staff Member of The Capital University Law Review during his second year and was appointed as an Associate Notes Editor during his third year.
